STRATEGIC PLAN

1.0 PRESENT STATE
300 Million Sick with 3,000 Children Dying Everyday of Malaria

Billions of dollars have been spent in recent years in the name of improving conditions in Africa. Of the major considerations Malaria and Aids were to have been rolled back, but both of these deadly diseases have greatly increased. So far, only the large corporations and politicians seem to have prospered. It is time for corruption and greed to be bypassed and creative, efficient solutions brought forth, for goodness to drive out evil.

2.0 OPPORTUNITY
Win Africa into the Kingdom by Bringing the Cure for Malaria

2.1 Proven Herbal Cure
Simple herbal tea with a 1,600 year history is highly effective, very low cost and amenable to the third world usage.

2.2 Establish herbal farms
Selected farm sites in various regions of Africa are to grow this crop through irrigation. Within 3 years these farms can be self sufficient, producing abundant supply without additional investment.

2.3 Distribute Herbal Remedy
The herbal remedy is to be distributed to the poor free of charge by NGO type, faith based organizations in order to minimize cost and bypass the inhibiting factors of greed and corruption.

The Only Real Hope

2.4 Ministry Alliance
Faith based organization's healing/evangelism efforts are coordinated through an alliance in order to reach the most people efficiently.

3.0 LAYING A FOUNDATION
Demonstration Projects in 2009

African Restoration is currently establishing initial demonstration farms in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda to prove the effectiveness and self-sustainability of this approach. The governments of Kenya and Uganda are providing support through their medical and agricultural departments, setting a standard for all of Africa. Independent verifications and documentation of methods are planned. Land has been obtained, key people brought onboard, and an implementation strategy has been set in place.

These demonstration projects will prove the effectiveness of this cure in three diverse countries and cultures. An investment of $300,000 will provide the cure for more than 300,000 people. This practical solution will be taken to all 30 sub-Saharan nations that are the most impacted by Malaria, assisting them in establishing their sustainable programs - ultimately leading to the provision for healing and the Gospel to reach hundreds of millions of people.
